I'm not sure I could choose a favorite recipe but choosing my favorite meal of the day is easy: breakfast wins every time. Perhaps it's the freshness of a new day, or the prospect of that first sip of coffee, but be it casual and continental, like serving these scones, or longer and lingering (waffles anyone?), breakfast is the perfect mealtime.
