A couple of months ago, I got the urge to make maritozzi. I did a little recipe sleuthing which ironically led me to a cookbook sitting by my bedside, The Talisman Italian Cook Book by Ada Boni. One of my co-workers gifted me an extra copy that belonged to her grandma as part of our holiday exchange last year since she knew I collect vintage cookbooks.
